Sacraments In St. Philomena Parish

St. Philomena Parish welcomes you into our church family. 

Baptism takes place usually on the last weekend of the month during a regular weekend mass.  Arrangements for baptism should be made three months prior to baptism.

Reconciliation is offered an hour before Saturday mass or by appointment. 

The Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist usually occurs in second grade.

Confirmation preparation begins in ninth grade with the reception of  the sacrament in eleventh grade.

Marriage preparations begin at least six months prior to wedding ceremony.  A date is only reserved once the couple has met with the pastor.  Contact the church for more information.

RCIA and RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults/Children begins in late August and continues through Pentecost.
